Privacy policy
How we handle the data we receive through this site and how you can exercise your rights.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Who is responsible
Humano, based in Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected on this site. For any privacy question you can write to [email protected].
What data we collect
Only two kinds. The data you give us voluntarily: name, email address, company and the message you write when you contact us or book a meeting. And the data generated as you browse: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date of the visit.
What we use it for
To answer your messages, coordinate meetings, send you the information you requested and understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.
On what basis we process it
We process your data because you provided it with your consent and because there is a legitimate interest in answering a request you started. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
With the providers that make the site work: hosting and email. Contact happens by email, so your data does not pass through external scheduling platforms. Each provider processes data under its own policies. We do not share data for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages while the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick the thread back up. Aggregated browsing records are kept indefinitely, without identifying individuals.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing or ask for a portable copy. Write to [email protected] and we answer within ten working days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. We announce significant changes by email to anyone with an active conversation with us.
