Training & Adoption

We train your teams to use AI in a practical and secure way. We offer workshops for product and engineering teams on using AI in development workflows: code assistants, AI-powered code review, test generation and SPEC-driven development as a working methodology. We support adoption, measure results and scale what works.

01 What it includes

We train your teams in practical AI use, from fundamentals to daily workflow integration. We offer separate tracks for technical teams (development, engineering) and business teams (operations, sales, administration).

02 How we do it

  • Team AI maturity level diagnosis
  • Training program design by levels
  • Practical workshops with real tools
  • Adoption measurement and follow-up sessions

03 Concrete benefits

  • Teams using AI in their daily work from week one
  • Reduced resistance to change with continuous support
  • Clear adoption and satisfaction metrics

04 Real example

A financial company trained 80 employees in 3 months. 78% reported daily AI use after the program. The development team adopted SPEC-driven development, reducing code review time by 40%.

Frequently asked questions

Training & Adoption

What does training and adoption involve?
We teach the team to use AI tools in their daily work and to fold them into existing workflows. It is not a theoretical session: we work on the area real cases, with exercises drawn from the same material people handle every day.
Who is it aimed at?
Operational, development and administrative teams who will work with the tool. We also train the people who become internal champions, so they can resolve new questions and adjust workflows without depending on us.
Why do AI projects fail on adoption?
Because a tool nobody asked for gets handed over with no explanation of what changes day to day. Adoption is built before delivery: involving the people who run the process, shaping the workflow around how they actually work, and tracking real usage through the first months.
How long does the follow-up last?
Between four and twelve weeks of support depending on workflow complexity, with refresher sessions and usage metric reviews. The goal is for the team to sustain the tool without permanent external support before the stage closes.
