Frequently asked questions

AI Opportunity Diagnosis

What does the AI opportunity assessment deliver?
It delivers an inventory of processes prioritized by impact and effort, with estimated savings for each, the data required and a staged implementation roadmap. It also flags which processes should not be automated yet and explains why.
How long does it take and how much of my team is involved?
Between two and four weeks. We need one kickoff session with the decision maker and short interviews with the people who actually run the processes being analysed. In total each person involved spends about three hours across the whole assessment.
How do you estimate savings when there is no system yet?
We measure the current process: volume, time per case, error rate and cost of correction. From those numbers we project the automated scenario and express the result in hours freed and cost avoided, stating the assumption explicitly so it can be challenged.
What if the assessment concludes that nothing should be built?
That is a valid outcome and we say so just as clearly. If volume is low, data is insufficient or the logic is simple, we recommend improving the process without AI and not running the project. We would rather lose a project than leave a tool unused.
