02 How we do it

  • Current systems and integration points assessment
  • Dashboard or application design with embedded AI
  • Iterative development with user validation
  • Deployment and adoption training

03 Concrete benefits

  • All AI integrated where your team already works
  • Real-time dashboards with automatic insights
  • Custom web applications without replacing current systems

04 Real example

Frequently asked questions

Integration with Existing Systems

What kind of integrations and applications do you build?
We connect models and agents to existing systems through APIs, and build the interfaces that are missing: executive dashboards, internal web applications, capture forms and scheduled automations that move information between tools.
Can you integrate with legacy systems that have no modern API?
Yes, though it takes more work. When a system exposes no modern interface we use intermediate connectors, controlled database reads or UI automation, always taking care not to alter the logic of the source system.
Who maintains the integration after handover?
Your team can, or we can. We hand over the code, documentation of the connections and monitoring alerts. Many clients start with our support and take over maintenance as the internal team gains confidence.
How do you stop an integration from failing silently?
Every connection has availability monitoring, error logging and retries with progressive backoff. When something fails persistently the responsible person is notified rather than letting it pile up quietly. A system that fails silently is worse than one that does not exist.
